Patterns Available In 1904, the company was renamed Manchester Mfg. Co., and in 1915, again the name changed to Manchester Silver Co. In the mid-1950's, the company acquired the dies and rights to the flatware patterns of Richard Dimes Co. When silver prices spiked to $50 an ounce in 1980, the firm announced it would be liquidated. The Manchester Silver Co. was purchased by J.C. Boardman Co. in 1985.
